AHU - Air Handling Unit

Air Handling Unit

Air Handling Units (AHUs), also known as Air Processing Units, are designed to regulate and circulate air while maintaining its quality through cooling, heating, humidifying, dehumidifying, filtration, and air circulation. They ensure the desired air quantity (measured in CMH or air changes per hour) for a specified area via a well-designed distribution network. Customizable to meet airflow, static pressure, and filtration level needs, AHUs can handle capacities from 850 to 68,000 CMH.

They feature double-skin insulated panels mounted on anodized aluminum profiles with a galvanized iron base frame. Components include fans, motors, cooling/heating coils, volume control dampers, filters, and stainless steel drain pans for condensate disposal. Additional options like Heat Recovery Wheels, Heat Pipes, Plate Heat Exchangers, Sound Attenuators, Motorized Dampers, and Fire Control Dampers enhance functionality. Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) control panels can also be integrated for energy efficiency. These units are ideal for diverse applications, ensuring optimal air quality and performance.
